Alanyaspor come from the Mediterranean resort town of Alanya, east of Antalya. Founded in 1948, they were a lower-league club for most of their history until a rapid rise took them to the Süper Lig for the first time in 2016; since then they have been a fixture in the top flight and reached the Turkish Cup final in 2020.
Home is a compact stadium on the edge of town, where the sea air and a late kick-off make for one of the league’s more pleasant away trips. Orange and green.
