The UEFA Conference League is the third tier of European club football, launched in 2021–22 to give clubs from smaller leagues a regular European campaign. It was called the Europa Conference League for its first three seasons and renamed in 2024, when it adopted a 36-club league phase in which each team plays six matches, three at home and three away.

The top eight after the league phase go straight to the round of 16 and the next sixteen contest two-legged play-offs; the knockout rounds then follow the familiar two-legged pattern to a single-match final in late May. Many clubs arrive through the qualifying rounds in July and August, some after dropping out of Europa League qualifying.

Roma won the first edition in 2022, followed by West Ham United, Olympiacos — the first Greek club to win a European trophy — and Chelsea in 2025. The winner qualifies for the next season’s Europa League. Golalarm covers every Conference League match with live scores and full match details.
