International friendlies are national-team matches played outside competitive tournaments. They fill the FIFA international windows — in March, June, September, October and November — when no qualifier or Nations League tie is scheduled, and the weeks before a World Cup or continental championship, when every squad plays warm-up matches.
Friendlies count as full internationals: caps and goals are recorded, and ranking points are awarded at a lower weight than for competitive matches. Coaches use them to test formations and blood new players, so lineups are often experimental and up to six substitutions are allowed.
Golalarm lists international friendlies with live scores and, where available, lineups, events and statistics, in the same format as every other match. Turkey’s friendlies appear alongside the qualifiers and Nations League ties on the national team’s fixture list.
